Computing company IBM invested an undisclosed amount in US-based sales software provider Apttus yesterday that will be added to the $55m in series E funding it raised in September 2017 from enterprise sales software producer Salesforce’s corporate venturing unit, Salesforce Ventures, as well as Premji Invest, K1 Investment Management and Iconiq Capital. The September round took the company’s total funding to $329m, and its other investors include Kuwait Investment Authority and Gulf Islamic Investments.
